Remote commercial photography and video services have become “another option” now that the Zoom era has come. It is a different way of working and as any shoot has its own type of challenges. It is working well, and now clients have a choice shooting remote, in-person shoots and sometimes there are hybrid situations.
Here is an example of a shoot we created for a well-known speaker company, Velodyne. We shot their very high gloss speakers while making sure to showcase the fine details in the wood grain. It’s a very tricky product to do correctly.
This project was shot in our home studio for Dunkin Donuts. A very successful final result and the client was “delighted.”
We also shoot a lot of fashion and for large apparel companies. Anything from lifestyle to product table top to video for multiple usages in advertising, social media and store signage. This project showcases both stills and video, all captured in our home studio for Dansko, a shoe company that hires us consistently throughout the year. We have a prop room full of backgrounds, surfaces + textures, and various lifestyle props. We pull concepts/ideas from our environmental shoots, and also brainstorm ideas with our clients and agencies remotely.
We also were able to shoot various Viva products in a kitchen and home setting and the images turned out amazing.
